The service

FileNimbus provides free, browser-based file utilities. Processing happens on your device; we provide the software, you provide the compute. The service is offered “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Always keep your original files — verify a tool's output before deleting sources.

Acceptable use

Use the tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, abuse account systems, scrape at volume, or use automation to circumvent usage protections. Accounts used for abuse may be removed.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to files you process — we never receive them. The FileNimbus site, brand, and code are the property of PecanAI.io.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileNimbus and PecanAI.io are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including data loss. The service's total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use it (for free tools: zero).

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
